Russell has had over four years of professional experience programming, repairing, maintaining, and installing all brands of portable radios, mobile radios, repeaters, and audio accessories for 2-way radios. He has earned certificates for Kenwood P25 technical training, EF Johnson 700-800 MHz products and technical training, ICOP digital video systems installation certification, and Zetron Series 3300 VolP Emergency Call-Taking System installation, configuration and maintenance.
